Confront rising sea levels and flood challenges, ground strategies are developed to create resilient and social open ground. Construction is designed into multiple phases with selective demolition. Existing properties and communities are taken into consideration. This procedural manner of architectural construction is set up to allow a fluid and continuous space for the neighbourhood to continue to thrive.
