This building is situated along Hoi King Street, taking advantage of the sea view. - [1999](https://designpyhk.com/2000/01/01/1999/): 摩天大樓鶴立雞群，告訴我們新世紀即將到來… Skyscrapers pierce the sky, heralding the dawn of a new era… In 1999, TKT underwent extensive land reclamation and the construction of new glass office towers. Yet, the old community fabric and an aging population remained challenges.
