Due to population growth, many residential buildings were constructed in TKT in 1963, including the famous Peony Building. This building is situated along Hoi King Street, taking advantage of the sea view. Our design aims to evoke memories of how residents used to sit by Hoi King Street and gaze out to sea.

由於人口增長，大角咀於1963年興建多個住宅，其中包括著名的富貴大廈。這座建築座落於海景街，盡享海景優勢。我們的設計旨在喚起居民當年坐在海景街邊憑海遠眺的記憶。
